Pictures of our Blackberry Picking
Everybody will recognize these delicious balls of sweetness and are usually every child’s first experience of picking food from outdoors. When my children were young, we would go blackberry picking, and typically end up with purple and a few pricked fingers, but a delicious treat for our labours.
They are so good for you, being packed full of vitamin C and antioxidants, and it has been reported that they help to reduce heart disease. It seems to me that you can’t lose by picking them, they are FREE, healthy, and delicious, so come the summer why not go and pick some.
